Undelete Plus is a program that allows you to recover files accidentally deleted, even those that have already been deleted from the recycle bin or that were deleted directly without going through the recycle bin (with the Shit+Delete key combination) or from the line Command from the DOS window, or from a network.
Undelete Plus supports any deleted files on the hard drive and also removable devices, CompactFlash, SmartMedia, MultiMedia and Secure Digital cards.
It supports FAT12 / 16/32 and NTFS / NTFS5, and can recover files in Windows XP, Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, 2003, Vista, 7 and Windows 8.
The possibility of recovering a deleted file is not 100% safe, since it is marked as deleted leaving that free disk space. While not occupying that space there will be no problem for its recovery, otherwise it will be lost, so the chances of recovery are high if you use this program immediately after the accident occurred. Even if new files were added, it is unlikely that they will occupy that newly released space, so there will also be possibilities for recovery.
It allows filtering the searches of the deleted files so that the process lasts less and does not bring the whole list, but the files that need to be recovered.
Undelete Plus 3.0.6 (126.96.36.1994) is the latest version of the software, released in June 2014. It is an evaluation version that works for all versions of Windows, therefore it is no longer free as in previous versions , Being able to be used to scan and verify that it is able to detect the searched files, but to recover them it will be necessary to acquire the license, with the option but to resort to one of the available free alternatives (See the list of similar programs below This section).
