Usually leaks usually pass through the hands of some Twitter users that we all know well as @evleaks or others. The rare thing is for the manufacturers themselves to report specifications before the announcement itself.
This is what has happened with TAG Heuer, who confirmed a few days ago the launch of a new smartwatch for today, and that comes to replace the previous TAG Heuer Connected, but that from its website already has information related to that new Wearable we will know everything in hours.
A modular clock 'Swiss Made'
The TAG Heuer smartwatch will be the Connected Modular 45 and will be almost at a prohibitive price for many at $ 1,650 in the United States.
One of its peculiarities is that it is another of the wearables connected that uses Android Wear 2.0 and a series of virtues that can be expected from a high profile smartwatch. Although another feature of this smart clock is that you can switch between the module Connected (the smart) and the mechanical module at all times.
The curious thing about the inclusion of this ability to exchange modules, is that it will have for the first time the certification 'Swiss Made', something that did not happen with the first TAG Heuer Connected.
The Swiss watch manufacturer has made it clear that personalization will be another of the values of this smartwatch and will allow you to choose from a variety of colors, materials and combinations. The user will have the option of changing straps, buckles and more in this new TAG Heuer bet for a watch with Android Wear 2.0.
Focused on its specifications, the TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 will be equipped with an Intel chip, 4 GB of internal storage and an AMOLED screen of which we do not know its size. It will feature water resistance, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC and support mobile payments with Android Pay.
Throughout the day we will have the rest of the remaining information when presented.
