Although Samsung has confirmed that we will not see the Galaxy S8 in this MWC 2017, rumors and leaks around the company's next high range are under a frantic pace. Here the famous Evan Blass (@evleaks) has been an important part of the leaks, and today comes back to the load.
Blass already presented us with what seems to be the first official image of the Galaxy S8, rumored to be around 1,000 euros, and which have already filtered many other aspects. But today, evleaks claims to have achieved the spec sheet of which will be the largest in the family, the Galaxy S8 +.
6.2 inches? We have a new phablet in the family
According to the image that Blass shares on Twitter, the Galaxy S8 + would arrive with a huge 6.2-inch screen, with a main area of 6.1 inches. The resolution would be something they have christened as HD + QUAD, and the panel would, of course, be Super AMOLED.
Here is the decision to increase the screen considerably, even surpassing the 5.7 inches Galaxy Note 7, only here the percentage of the screen in the front will increase, so the size may not be as in the Note. However, it is curious how Samsung will bring us a big screen to try to solve the absence of Galaxy Note 7 and its failure with the batteries.
The rest of the specifications are maintained as had been seen in previous leaks, where we only need to know the processor, rumored to arrive in two versions, one with Snapdragon 835 and another with Exynos, in addition to the dimensions of the device.
Another point to note is that the headphones are signed by AKG Acoustics, which means that the company will start to take advantage of the newly acquired Harman, which will enhance their commitment to audio, and start to include in their smartphones.
So far the release date of the Galaxy S8 is unknown, but at the pace we're going it looks like it's not far off. As is customary, let us keep watch.
A few hours ago the spec sheet of the Galaxy S8 + was filtered thanks to Evan Blass. And now we have the spec sheet for the Galaxy S8 courtesy of TechnoBuffalo, where we can see that everything stays the same, except for the screen, which here would be 5.8 inches with an operable area of 5.6.
